What to Expect
I follow a 4 stage design process with all of my clients. This helps ensure a thorough understanding of the project scope and limits any confusion between us. The 4 stages are:
Step 1. Brief - This is where you tell me anything and everything you want me to know about your project. Colors, logos, napkin sketches, half an idea that came in a dream, anything! The more I can understand your vision, the better. This can be submitted now via the Project Brief Forms at the bottom of this page, or we can arrange a meeting to discuss face to face.
Step 2. Concept - With the info provided in the Brief, I’ll draft 5-15 concepts (dependent on project scope) to present to you in our first Feedback Touchpoint. Feedback Touchpoints can be presented via email or on a face to face call, depending on your preference.

Step 3. Refinement - Based on the feedback from the Concept stage, I will refine the designs and create 1-2 fully polished concepts for our final review process. I offer 4 total Refinement Stages for every project. All further refinement stage requests after the allotted 4 will cost $150 per iteration.
Feedback Touchpoint #2-5
Step 4. Deliver - After the final concept has been reviewed and approved by all stakeholders, final deliverables will be exported and sent via email. Working files are available upon request.
